Pros
Lots of hours when the economy was good. If you work hard enough they will possibly move you around but its not really advancements, just sideways moves.
Cons
Everyone hates their jobs there, so many angry coworkers makes for a terrible environment. Management is severely lacking and creates most of the frustration within.
