      Great place to work and have good coworkers.They have a way of getting their quota taken care of before the shift start

      Cons

      Sometimes things do get out of hand when one or more workers don't come to work and cross training does not work when someone does not want to do their job

      Pros

      I loved our customers and my employees I am steadily active and moving around everywhere and staying on my feet that is what I enjoy about B-Way

      I really did not have any cons cause all my jobs I ever work at I loved enjoyed every last one of my co-workers and employees
