Fellow technicians are all qualified and genuinely care about their customers. Technical skills of upper tiers is impressive.
Cons
Benefits are bottom of the barrel, on-call procedure is idiotic and illegal, favoritism rules the day here. Too few middle tier techs and since they're 'pinching pennies', they don't hire any to fill in the ranks. Turnover in the last two years was 100% by employee count. Current merger with Ergos is combining the worst of two worlds. Indecisive management from B Resource with frat house mentality of Ergos. Can't wait to see naked butt-slides at Ergos where there aren't any locked doors, no key cards, and their internal Ctrix site is unsecured with no SSL certs. Awesome guys, just awesome!
