Pros
The only pros I can remotely think of would be it was close to home. I literally quit a job that I really liked to come work here mainly because it was closer to home. Oh boy was I wrong about the grass being greener.......
Cons
I cannot express how much this place does NOT make you feel welcome. I literally had to ask if there was some sort of club fees to join the clique because obviously I was not welcomed here. Unless you have some sort of Cert or Degree you are treated like an idiot. I've been in IT for over 15 years, and yet I was stuck in a Tier 1 position, how insulting. Also, never should the attitude of someone's wife affect how an employee is treated, this was the worst of it all. I would say more, however I shouldn't have to. If they are reading this, they know who I'm talking about.
