      Great companies to represent, Great customers, Great co-workers, fun job at times.

      Cons

      Expectations are a moving target Management claims system based organization and there are 3 pages of written procedures. bonus structure is a mystery. never do good enough for owner. expected to be home less than a week a month. not LBGT friendly
