There was nothing to complain about during my time with the company

- Show up to work past 9am. - No set PTO but wait.... - Free Coffee & Tea - Smiling faces in the morning...but wait... - Easy Wordpress Shop - No Industry Level Development Experience required - Pro-Feminist work environment - Great for beginner developers and designers.

- No EEO - No HR Department - Bosses (not leaders) Get away with biased treatment - Women Run (walking on eggshells daily) - If you are disrespected by the bosses you have no one to cover you. - The owner allows this behavior - Company parties get out of hand. - Cliquey work environment. - Disagreements are frowned upon, you will get peered out. - Lack of challenging work or modern development practices. - Poor or lack of User Experience Methodologies - Waterfall style project management. - Production factory - Gossip/Rumor Mill - Favoritism - Someone is always watching and reporting to the VP's even with biased and skewed perspectives. - Lacks modern development standards or practices - It does not value diverse skillsets. - Sales driven. Often ideas are sold before completely being vetted and tested. Which falls onto production to figure out.
