Pros
Some of the people I worked with were genuinely decent.
Cons
- The same problems kept happening nonstop, and I watched the same disasters repeat themselves because nobody cared enough to actually fix anything.
- Mistakes happened, things got missed, and instead of figuring out why or putting anything in place to stop it, the attitude was basically... okay, move on to the next week, so it can happen all over again.
- I tried bringing concerns up, and it either got brushed aside or turned into some pointless five-minute conversation that solved absolutely nothing.
- It felt like there was no real accountability at all, just people carelessly doing things, and if something went wrong, well, apparently that was acceptable.
- After a while, it becomes exhausting watching the same failures play out while nothing ever improves.
- I'm not asking for perfection, I'm asking for someone to care enough to actually fix the problems.
