      Pros

      You gain a lot of experience doing so much projects and over time work to compensate from their lack of support , man power and other incompetent staff.

      Cons

      No work and life balance They will squeeze you with so much workload and you don’t get credit Plenty of senior management with no say and do just salary.

      The management in their corporate office in Toronto neglected the Seattle studio.

      Pros

      Great onboarding experience. Welcoming group of members.

      Cons

      The leaders left around the same time, and it was never the same. Lost of people left and some got laid off. Clear management declined and left with not good experience leaders in the Seattle office
