This employer fires people the day they come back from being in the hospital for two days (even with a doctor’s note). This firm has extremely minimal Revit experience, but when hiring people with actual Revit skills, they don’t utilize them. They’re big on ego- even if they don’t have the necessary skills to do what they need done. And they don’t let anyone voice their concerns or opinion- your input does not matter.
