Pros
Like most of the people that work / have worked at this company, I was drawn in by the image and perks that this company projects. However, this is a thin veil for rampant favoritism, shameless promotion of incapable mid-level managers, and a "work til you drop" expectation. I do believe that Doug, the CEO, is well meaning and was a great leader and mentor for a huge number of employees. However, in recent years he has been hoodwinked by Senior Management, and is no longer in touch with the perception of the company culture that a huge number of his employees hold.
Cons
This company allows inexperienced managers to act out personal vendettas against fellow employees. Although it did not directly affect me, in my tenure I saw multiple cases of constructed dismissal, usually of people that did not conform to the "healthy" (read: thin) standard that has been fabricated by the Operations team. There was no job security at this company, the company culture was toxic, and the general mission and vision of the C-level team was morally bankrupt.
