      The people are great and work together well as a team. Everyone looks out for each other and we attempt to solve all problems in a timely and efficient way.

      Cons

      Lots of overtime, company has gone to lean & can't complete job in 8 hr. shift.

      Pros

      Great company, pay, and work life balance. A great way to transition out of bedside nursing.

      Cons

      Travel all over the US two weeks out of the month as a part time employee so you have to know that going in.
