      Pros

      The people are amazing. A culture of learning and sharing knowledge is fostered all throughout the company. Pay is excellent and adjusted for the market regularly.

      Cons

      Access to systems will be limited but not terrible as it is more secure. This has the potential sometimes to slow down a project. Overall not a terrible downside.

      Great company, pay, and work life balance. A great way to transition out of bedside nursing.

      Cons

      Travel all over the US two weeks out of the month as a part time employee so you have to know that going in.
