Pros
No pros. "management training" with everything pulled from "motivational speeches" on the internet.
Cons
56 hours a week minimum. You'll be lucky to make $400 a week, but that is after training. Training is 30% of what your manager makes for the week. It is a upbeat environment but all to keep you hyped up about the job. "Club" music to keep people motivated and distracted from all the BS that this job is. Nothing but door to door sales and you can be put in the worst neighborhoods (heard gunshots and dealt with people who will disrespect the hell out of you). The managers could care less about how you do, because at the end of the day, they still make money off of you. The manager, 20 years old, was also a part of Vemma (shut down for Ponzi scheme), so that should speak volumes on the integrity of the company. Just don't waste your time in the interview process. Yeah, they'll put you through a "3 step interview process", but everyone is hired. Just don't even waste your time.
