      Sales people are a great group of people

      Cons

      “Leadership” is terrible. No accountability. They constantly miss deadlines (goals, comp plan, numbers reporting, etc) but if you miss 1 deadline your commission is withheld. Upper management is in way over their heads and it shows “If you don’t like it, leave” is their motto
