Pros
Great working enviorment. We also had a spectacular coordinator that distributed all the work and gave great instrucrions. Eventhough there was a lot of document to tranlate and long hours of interpretation the chronogram was perfect to meet deadlines.
Cons
The economic crisis in Ecuador has put many projects on hold and the company has been cutting back.
