Top management SVP leave the company ask a parachutist to come in to micro manage the project. 1 project can let you stuck for at least 2 years on site. No sufficient manpower to handle work load. HR likes to hire interns due to lower cost. Cheaper than foreign worker. Easier to manipulate. Micro managing to the max. Write daily report. Submit manhour. Clock in clock out system inclusive of photo taking of face to make sure you are on site. Does not have anything call work-life balance. Management still whatsapp you after office hour and expect you to reply. And even Saturday Sunday disturb your rest day. Give you many annual leaves but force annual leave for all staff. Nonsense policy. No bonus. Only AWS. Give 1 time mid year 1k bonus, boast until like super big news. Think thrice before joining this company.
