1. Old school management 2. They still follow Excel based project management 3. Nobody knows how software development works nor they have any vision to enhance the team. 4. Worst relationship with employees, nobody even wish good morning forget about birthday wises, welfare of family etc. 5. Top management reserves all the rights. All means even 5$ subscription to JIRA board.
