      - a lot of self learning - independent environment - very fast paced - able to do and learn every aspect of the project

      Cons

      - No one will teach you - Have to learn everything on your own - Manager do not care about you - Do not have clear direction - Tight schedule - Bonus little to none while overtime for free - Have to take over previous employee projects but do not have any proper guides - Job description does not show what you will actually do - Very high turn over rate - Lack resources - Have to do every aspect of the project

      Friendly colleagues. Good exposure and learning experiences.

      Cons

      Management have little understanding on what is happening in ground level and make assumptions based on remarks of their direct superior without finding out the truth from the employee.
