Pros

Seems like a “family” based company while you work there. Since it is small with only about 50 employees. And they trick you into making you feel of value.

Cons

- pay unfair and not structured. They will have a rep get paid $20 an hour while the supervisor gets $18 an hour. Very inconsistent and misleading to each individual. Doesn’t match the amount of work and effort you put in. The above example of a rep getting $20 an hour is someone who puts in little to no effort but yet makes more than those that are rockstars. - they only try to satisfy your concerns when you come to them with your notice of finding a new job. - they don’t have a training program so it often takes people more than a year to be fully trained on the job. - most opportunities are hired from the outside and not internally offered. Makes for little to no growth for the employees. - insurance is dreadful. Super high deductible with a high premium and it only goes up every year. - negative work environment and not very professional. - they don’t focus on the improvement of their employees. They focus more on a way around trying to improve their employees.

Pros

A small staff works hard but gets the job done. Everyone has each others backs and not a lot of infighting.

Cons

It is a challenging job, not for the faint of heart

Pros

-Management is approachable with problems and concerns -A more easy going environment than a typical finance company. -Limited micromanagement. This company allows you the freedom to practice your work your way (with restrictions to financial procedures of course).

Cons

-Company offers terrible benefits. There has very little flexibility on health care options. PTO does not accumulate per pay check. You have to be there a year to earn 40 hours of PTO. -Very limited opportunities for growth and advancement. -Seems more like a job than a career. Aztec does not have a value system or a reason why I should come to work every morning. I show up do my job and leave.
