Tough subject matter to grasp. Not always time to be taught everything. Some sink-or-swim mentalities.

Great culture, great learning environment, everyone seems pretty happy & challenged. Lots of opportunity if you have the ambition. Pretty low turnover - people tend to stay here, or come back if they leave.
