Business outlook
Pros
At its peak, Azon had real potential. When the team grew to around 60 people, there was a strong sense of energy, ambition, and good craic. People genuinely wanted to work hard, support each other, and make it a success. There was a positive buzz in the office, and aside from the usual turnover due to travel or life changes, most people seemed happy and motivated. For a period, it felt like we were building something special together.
Cons
Azon could and should have been a success but consultants had to deal with far too much internal politics. The job of a recruiter is hard but at the same time pretty straightforward. If you had of let them get on with it and hired good honest people, you would still have a thriving business.
