6yWe would like to highlight that we have been advised that there are multiple reviews from one former disgruntled employee on our Glassdoor page and believe this to be one.
Thank you for your positive comments but there are many unsubstantiated points that are unfair. During the Covid19 pandemic and subsequent economic climate we find ourselves in, we have made many difficult decisions, like many others, to keep our business. Employees who have been let go have been done so on a temporary basis.
As for our office, this is a grade 1 newly refurbished building set up with fantastic video conference rooms, games rooms and events space. It is a Georgian building with a beautiful facade that tourists take photos of on a regular basis. We wanted our own building that we could put our stamp on and we are proud of it. Our cleaning staff work very hard to maintain the building to an excellent standard.
Our communication is strong within Azon where we have a weekly company wide meeting, weekly coffee morning and regular management meetings. Outside of this each manager will hold regular individual catch ups and as a team. Our message is strong; we offer clients and candidates a personal consultative approach to recruitment. Each team is built on first hand industry experience and qualifications so that they fully understand the sectors they are recruiting for. As we have grown we want to help each recruiter to be a success and offer every opportunity we can within this model.
