      Really good work life balance, positive flexible working. People are amazing, strong team ethos and supportive culture Great training - technical and personal development Forward thinking, genuinely take DE&I seriously. People are empowered to make decisions.

      Would be good to have more flexibility with salary packages, although you can buy more holidays
