The busy atmosphere can make it hard for your supervisors to engage with you.

No pros at all about HR team.

Some of the employees working in HR team doensn't know the English, Russian languages , only language they speak is Azerbaijani, graduated from very low ranked local universities, doesnt have any general knowledge whatsoever ( even does't know the capital of well known countries). It was big surprise to see that that sort of person ( obviously didnt work on herself for a day) can work in such a position. Question arises how could she be qualified to work as HR.
