      Opportunity to grow in the company + opportunity to change brands

      Cons

      Physically very hard job. Constant overtime work which is not paid. Very low salary. Only 1 day off per week, which can be changed any time. Work hours till late night + overtime, which means that sometimes work can be finished at 2 am.
