Pros

1. The offices are fairly nice. 2. Travel expenditure, mobile bills are reimbursed. 3. Livelihood program is very effective. The program structure does well to empower trainee drivers. 4. Driving instructors are good and are a part of the larger program team, which is a good touch. 5. They are liberal with leaves and take care of employees health as much as they can. Gave 15 days mandatory off during COVID. In fact encouraged and supported me in taking the leave and recovering.

Cons

1. Bad work culture. Certain programs have been running without any good work being done. The program is there only for the sake of it. This might have changed overtime. 2. Employees at mobilisation roles are severely underpaid and poorly treated. This affects the work culture, quality of work. 3. People in management roles can be extremely rude at times to others. 4. Stagnancy is there.

Pros

There's a lot to learn

Cons

The leadership is terrible and wants to extract everything out of you and still pay you nothing. It claims to be a feminist organization, but gets sold out over and over again. There's no ethics in place.

Pros

One of the strongest aspects of the organization is the opportunity to work closely with the trainees in the WWW program, who demonstrate great enthusiasm and determination.

Cons

1.The work culture can be challenging and stressful, often impacting personal work-life balance. 2.The HR department appears limited in addressing core issues, possibly due to pressures from senior leadership. 3.There seems to be favoritism from the chief functionary, which affects team dynamics and fairness. 4.Taking leave can be difficult, with limited flexibility and support for time off. 5. Work load is too much.
