Pros

It's a very collaborative and creative environment. Great leadership.

Cons

It's a small small company and you have to wear different hats and some people may not like that.

Pros

I've read the reviews and I can honestly say that from my experience, the owner of this company really cares about his employees. He is here to make a profit as most businesses are, but I can tell you that he legitimately cares that his employees are doing well and makes an effort to listen to them and fix whatever problems exist. He recently hired a new publisher who is already taking the place to the next level.. They give you the freedom to do your job, but are there if you need the support. Great group of people to work with!

Cons

It is a small company of about 25 employees so you don't have all of the benefits that come with a larger corporate culture. But this is also a pro because you don't have to deal with a corporate culture.

Pros

This Company is a great starting point for people just joining the workforce. You'll learn a lot about bad business practices.

Cons

You'll be expected to solve the companies issues weather it's part of your job or not, overworking you with little compensation or benefits. The company doesn't do yearly reviews and or rarely gives a salary raise for your hard work. Should you get a raise don't expect it to be much. Expect the salary you accept when hired will be the salary for your term of employment. There is no room for advancement or growth in the company because of the way the CEO and Publisher runs it. Anytime there is confrontation with your hard work and pay, expect the CEO to say, "Well we’re a small company". This is a bunch of crap for the company may be small but makes plenty of money. The company has a very high turn over rate of employees for the way they are treated and are told lies from the upper management.
