Lots of perks if you're a serious Ayn Rand yourself: free books and other content, inside knowledge of a think tank, working at interesting intellectual events and conferences, philosophical discussions with brilliant thinkers. Most staff get their own office and an opportunity to work from home a couple times each month. Generous time off from day 1, and attractive benefits.

It's a nonprofit, so you won't get rich. If you're not at least sympathetic to Ayn Rand's unique ideas, this probably isn't the right place for you.
