      Pros

      Great team of people to work with. Decent lab facilities. Ability to work from home when needed. (To meet the HVAC repairman, etc.)

      Cons

      Lack of direction and management from the top is a hindrance to productivity. Not much in the way of a career path.

      Excellent group of people. Given a goal we always made things happen but goals and deadlines were to vague for the company to excel

      No real Chance for career advancement.
