      Pros

      Good training, good culture, smart people, interesting and challenging work, and good managers (my manager is really good). Also, rapid growth and good revenue has had direct impact on our department as there has been a lot of investment in product.

      Cons

      Axtria has really smart people and it can be tough coping up with them. But, also, that is the only way to succeed in your career.

      Pros

      Very interesting space to work in. Coworkers are usually helpful. Niche industry and work, but NJ/NY area has fair number of healthcare and financial companies.

      Cons

      Your job advancement and ability to stay at the company is completely project dependent. If you can't find one, you're gone. AI and market dynamics are hurting the ability to find projects quite a bit. The US office doesn't feel like the focus. India offices are much nicer.
