Pros

Offers a good work-life balance, allowing three days in-office and two days remote, along with heavily subsidized meals.

Cons

Compensation is good from a Tier 3 college graduate perspective, but Tier 1 graduates may feel it is low, although salary hikes are good.

Pros

Very interesting space to work in. Coworkers are usually helpful. Niche industry and work, but NJ/NY area has fair number of healthcare and financial companies.

Cons

Your job advancement and ability to stay at the company is completely project dependent. If you can't find one, you're gone. AI and market dynamics are hurting the ability to find projects quite a bit. The US office doesn't feel like the focus. India offices are much nicer.
