      Pros

      You do what you want to do. Out of any control. A lot of free time and vacations not saved in the system. Just in Outlook!!

      Cons

      Being not shareholders the top management is very mediocre. No responsibility at all. But very fat bonuses. The shareholders (kantons) have no clue how the top management and the inner circle are squeezing the company

      - smart, driven, passionate, humble, experienced team with an amazing culture - great work life balance - top level compensation - gives their employees everything they need to succeed

      - none to date, accepting my offer was the best decision I've ever made

      Pros

      Difficult to find one. The world is better without this one.

      Cons

      State companies are often inefficient or being mismanaged. This one is however by design and on purpose fulled by incompetent management
