Pros
Digital banking is a growing industry with lots of upside potential. Many growth opportunities. Aggressive growth strategies.
Cons
Dysfunctional, sink or swim environment. Poor management. Too much turnover. Limited resources and capabilities. Ineffective corporate structure with unnecessary layers of management. No training or mentorship. Too much politics.

Thanks for contributing your perspective. We're quite proud of our management framework, which has allowed our company to achieve significant growth in a very short period of time. The framework challenges managers to set ambitious strategies, from which team goals and action items flow. We've recently expanded training opportunities for all team members. Hope you find a better fit.

Cons
No. At this point, I couldn’t ask for anything more.
The company’s focus on AI and automation was genuinely valuable. It provided opportunities to learn new skills and stay current with emerging technologies.
Cons
• Workloads were consistently extreme, leaving employees with no real relief or balance
• Employees were expected to work excessively long and exhausting hours on a constant basis
• Daily expectations were unrealistically high, creating a cycle of stress and disappointment
• The environment showed little regard for employee wellbeing or sustainable working conditions
• Burnout became a constant risk due to sustained pressure and lack of support
• Leadership showed no visible concern for struggling employees and failed to check in or offer help
• Communication and support from top leadership were largely absent during periods of high stress
• Colleagues were also overwhelmed and overworked, leaving little ability to provide meaningful support
• The overall atmosphere created isolation and frustration due to lack of assistance and empathy
