We’re glad to hear both that you enjoyed working with your manager and your team, and that your friends who bank with us like our products and service. We also value continual improvement and constructive feedback in uncovering inefficiencies, but some of the impressions you shared don’t sound representative of our internal culture. The Axos culture is both meritocratic and one that values emotional involvement: by being genuinely and emotionally invested in our work, we create an uplifting environment for ourselves and others. Our culture also values rationality, or fact-based objectivity. At all levels of the Axos environment -- from senior executives to junior members of our team -- decisions are expected to be based not on what we hope is true but on an understanding of the actual facts. It sounds as though our culture may not have been the right fit for you, and we wish you success in the next stage of your career.
