A dynamic start up environment with the benefit of solid corporate backing. Great team of people to work with across all departments. Both technical and commercial teams are based at our Air Street office which works really well to keep everyone on track and work towards common goals. Work life balance is spot on and the benefits are well thought out. The overall management style is to allow people to progress and grow in their roles and to gain full exposure to the complexities of programmatic advertising - everyone knows how they should be contributing to the business plan and we work in an environment free of politics. Plenty of socialising out of hours for those that want to get involved. Office is centrally located on the edge of Soho which is convenient for most. Overall a great business, nice people and a really nice office to work in.

Honestly, nothing negative to say, however... There are the usual start up challenges which is not really a con but it takes a certain type of person to engage and do well at Axonix - projects can develop and change at a fast pace for a number of reasons. If you're looking for a mediocre desk job this is not for you. It's essential to be switched on. There's also a lot of cross departmental involvement which means often working outside your defined job role. Again this is how start-ups work; for some people this is a con and doesn't suit their working style but for others it's an opportunity to gain a lot of rounded experience and exposure to all parts of the business.

- The company has sometimes focused on over-pleasing clients/investors/partners instead of pushing back unrealistic demands. - The Marketing strategy to promote Axonix could be improved
