Pros

The people are friendly and easy to work with. You get the chance to wear multiple hats and learn different parts of the business. If you're someone who likes variety and doesn't mind figuring things out as you go, you'll probably gain a lot of experience here.

Cons

Things can feel a bit disorganized at times, and priorities tend to shift quickly.

Pros

Strong, hands-on leadership that is genuinely willing to teach and develop the team. Management takes the time to explain the overall business model and how different parts of the operation connect, which is extremely helpful for building a solid understanding of the business. Guidance is clear and consistent, and feedback is provided regularly to help improve performance. The company also has a well-established supply chain network, offering great exposure to vendor management and real-world operations. Over my more than three years with the company, I’ve been able to develop strong skills in vendor management and supply chain processes, as well as build my own network of vendor relationships. Leadership is supportive and actively involved, making sure team members have direction and opportunities to grow, which creates a strong learning environment.

Cons

Fast-paced environment, but it helps you develop strong problem-solving skills

Pros

I believe one of the biggest factors that contributed to my positive experience, as many others have also mentioned in their reviews, is indeed the hardworking and like-minded coworkers you interact with every day. Each day, I learned something new and something admirable from the people around me. They say you become the average of the four people you spend the most time with, and having the opportunity to work onsite daily with individuals who share the same goals and ambitions is truly a privilege. One realization I’ve come to in recent years is that everyone thinks differently. People often try to change others, despite the fact that it is nearly impossible to change someone who isn’t willing to change themselves. Real growth only happens when someone genuinely wants to better themselves. That being said, I don’t consider myself the most successful employee at the company, but I am at peace knowing that I walk out of the office everyday knowing that I gave my absolute best effort. I believe that everyone, regardless of their environment or the company they choose, should give it their 120% to their line of work. I take pride in being someone who doesn’t choose a workplace solely because of the benefits, the 401(k), or how much dental coverage is offered. While those are certainly perks, they shouldn’t be the primary reason you choose to work somewhere. Do I feel passionate about what I do? Do I feel that surge of excitement and fulfillment when a deal closes because of my effort? To me, that is what matters most. Fortunately, the coworkers I worked with share this same attitude. They take their responsibilities seriously and approach their work with equal passion and dedication. Of course, it’s understandable to be apprehensive while reading a review this detailed - it is quite a lot of information. I trust that the right people will make thoughtful and deliberate judgments. It is worth noticing that many at Fortune 500 still struggle with direction and fulfillment. My hope is that everyone who reads this finds what genuinely brings them happiness, no matter what profession.

Cons

I have always enjoyed the special celebrations and parties held for CNY, Christmas, and other occasions. I would love to see even more team bonding events like these!
