Pros
Its a fully remote business
Cons
management is abysmal, the worst communication I have ever experienced. onboarding was atrocious, for such a "mature" business (been going for many years) they have 0 processes for anything meaningful and everything is in complete shambles. as far as a technical business goes, there are lots of people (including the service desk and SDM) who have no idea how an MSP works If your an MSP advocate, avoid this business - they are not a true MSP. in my time here I observed many people start and leave or be sacked. nobody is interested in proactive work to minimize issues, its all reactive (break-fix billable garbage) Salary is awful (I near tripled my salary by leaving this place), culture is awful and you will be expected to work on some horrific estates. If you know what ITIL is, run a mile because these guys haven't got a clue. In all honesty, if your going to join these guys you may as well just start your own IT business because you will get absolutely nothing in the form of a business vision from the abysmal leadership team.
