Pros

Amazing customers and working to solve interesting problems Snacks in the breakrooms Cool facilities

Cons

People are relentlessly fired without explanation. Most of the folks let go were top performing individuals who met and exceeded quota. The only consistent thing that we have seen is they disagreed with a handful of managers and they were quickly "managed out". They were almost always blindsided. The company then tries to not pay them commissions after they close a big quarter and get fired. The firings of well liked and high performing individuals are demoralizing. Sales leaders are married to each other and are untouchable. Nepotism is a very real issue and anyone that says differently is terminated. Diversity is a joke. You will be hard pressed to find non-white employees outside of manufacturing and housekeeping. Culture is miserable. Politics and tip-toeing around the leadership that fires people inexplicably is a rain cloud that follows you around. The "expect candor" and "win right" principles are a complete joke. Promotions are only to those who are liked by the current sales leadership. Also, if you are not Ivy League educated... good luck. Do you own research on sales leaders and they are all Harvard. PTO is non existent. On paper, you have unlimited PTO, but have to find someone on your team to cover for you. Everyone is so busy that the answer is usually "I dont have the bandwidth". Yes, you will need to work on vacation and you will be judged if you take more than a few days a year. Axon releases products before they are ready and tries to fix it after a failed deployment. Delivery and support falls on sales even though there are design and support flaws that hurt customers and your reputation when you make these million dollar sales.

Pros

Good pay and benefits Flexible PTO RSU's

Cons

Company morale is low. The other recent reviews stating this are extremely accurate. Company culture has eroded and the company values don't seem to matter anymore. 'Winning Right' has become lip service. Senior leadership refuses to address the problems many departments are having with headcount and workload. They don't really care about the customer experience. RTO makes no sense when most of your team remains remote in the same role, a role in which you spend much of the time on calls with customers and meeting with other team members virtually. Not enough staff to support the RMS customer base and ticket counts have ballooned.
