      Pros

      Axom Tech is the type of company I did not know that I wanted to work for. Having served in the military, the federal sector and now as a contractor, the balance within Axom is outstanding. The company benefits are great and the leadership really does its best to ensure they are doing right by their employees. To which, employees are not just numbers on a data sheet, they are the life blood of Axom and it shows in how we all are treated.

      Cons

      I did not think there was any cons but after observing some of the reviews I would say that a newsletter or bulletin speaking to the actions of the company (that can be publicly released) would be great.

      Pros

      I have worked for Axom for almost two years. The salary is great, benefits are great and the management is great. Most of the managers are former military so there isn't the nonsense and stupidity you get at a lot of companies. When I had a medical question, the president got involved to get my question answered. They genuinely care about you as a person, and the people are all very nice. It really is a great company.

      Cons

      The only bad part is most of their work is in the cleared Department of Defense environment, so if you are looking for an alternative to that space, there aren't many.
