Pros

POTENTIAL for high earnings if you work 80+ hours a week or if you started early and/or agree with everything the president and VP’s say.

Cons

Everything! Bad environment. Bad coworkers, your work life balance, kiss it goodbye. Internal competition is worse than trying to get a customer externally. President hired everyone he knows who have no positive benefit to the company, which in turn reduces our pay potential. The people that were promoted from within don’t meet qualifications and are a laughing stock to the employees. How did they get their promotions??? We never know. They fired a handful of their best employees including the top salesperson in the company. Is that to pay the guys the president brought on that don’t do anything? Is that to pad their money and get rid of a high earner in commission? Who knows. I do know that the highest earner (the guys that was fired)’s boss has shown up to work hammered multiple times and has multiple DUI’s. They don’t fire him. Guess why….he's friends with the president. This place is the modern day TQL 2.0. It’s a horrible place to work. Turnover like you wouldn’t believe.

Pros

Great headquarters with a well-equipped gym, comfortable spaces to relax, and an energetic, collaborative team.

Cons

Cons: High turnover with a strong burn-and-churn culture. Management appears unreceptive to employee feedback, and serious workplace concerns are not always addressed appropriately. Full-time employees are often expected to work beyond normal business hours without clear boundaries. Additionally, many of the campus amenities and recreational spaces are effectively off-limits during the workday, despite being part of the workplace environment.
