Since this, salaries having been payed promptly, workloads have become more manageable, and the atmosphere has greatly improved. Reallocation of responsibility/authority has also minimized management bottlenecks and improved transparency. Will revisit this review in June, and hopefully improve the star ratings to 5* across the board.
