Pros

Loved my co-workers. Hybrid position is a great combination of work at home, with the occasional in home visit. Challenging and rewarding work.

Cons

Job security: Loss of contract can equal reduction in force (not unique to AxisPoint Health, but an industry hazard)

Pros

The hiring process was impressive; prompt, smooth & organized. Working from home is a definite plus.

Cons

Everything else was a total nightmare. I went through the most degrading orientation/preceptorship experience of my career. The supervisors are poor, at best. They lack strong leadership skills.. They have a punitive approach to most interactions. The preceptors take their cue from the Supervisors. So they treat the staff in a disrespectful , rigid & cruel manner was in a class of 12. By the time we were ready to gradulate, we had lost 6 nurses- 50% turnover before nurses are even out of new -employee orientation I STRONGLY warn anyone considering working for this company. As you can see from this and the other reviews, you will regret it. I have NEVER been treated so badly.
