Toxic environment - Marketing Executive Axis Network Technology Employee Review

The fact that management is an absolute piece of Grade A horseshit will never remove the stain on this company. The colleagues are mostly ok & caring, but the management couldnt care less about the complete toxic environment & the morale of employees will not be sustainable. Hiring & firing employees in a matter of months or some even weeks doesn't bode well with how things should be run. Plus the fact that their sales reports doesn't actually reflect the actual sales figures speaks volumes.
