Pros
There are fantastic people who work here. So much passion to do good for our communities. I've been here a long time and worked with so many wonderful staff with varying levels of talent and drive.
Cons
The Highest levels of leadership suffer from Executive Nostalgia. There is a general outlook and expectation that pre-dates where the employment and professional world works now. It does tend to delay change and prolong progressive moves forward.
