The consultants are a collection of brilliant people. This is a great place for new consultants, fresh out of college, who want to learn the ropes.
Cons
The culture of mid-to-senior managers protecting their own kingdoms is very prevalent here. The company acts more like a collection of villages, rather than a united entity. Company culture does not encourage risks or new ideas. Managers and Directors are often afraid of making a wrong decision. The Support, Sales, and Marketing teams do not get proper support
