      Axis is an incredible organization. Competitive compensation, excellent benefits, one-of-a-kind culture. Management is approachable and there are countless opportunities for learning and development. Solid financials allowing for long-term employment. And lots of free food!

      Cons

      None worth calling out. All in a all, a really good organization.

      Pros

      Management is very supportive and will encourage you to grow both in your role and the company. There are a lot of travel opportunities especially in sales. Inside sales takes on a lot of responsibilities with customers and your regional sales managers giving opportunities to grow leadership skills.

      Cons

      Inside sales does not make as much as outside sales. Depending on location, it can be tough to transition to new roles.
