Pros

Great technology, best products in the industry, smart people, good corporate citizen, environmentally conscious, industry leader, innovator. HR tries very hard to make Axis a really good place to work. Great top leadership in the US and global HQ. Treats employees fairly. Truly tries to walk the talk. Phenomenal tech services department.

Cons

With growth comes change. Very top leadership, in Lund and US is awesome, staying humble but with a close eye on innovation and smart growth. Some of the regional/VP-level sales management is more aggressive than necessary, looking to check MBO and KPI boxes, rather than approaching sales growth strategically and with customer needs in mind.

Pros

Management is very supportive and will encourage you to grow both in your role and the company. There are a lot of travel opportunities especially in sales. Inside sales takes on a lot of responsibilities with customers and your regional sales managers giving opportunities to grow leadership skills.

Cons

Inside sales does not make as much as outside sales. Depending on location, it can be tough to transition to new roles.
