Pros

Good workplace if you are a beginner or very good work life balance. There are quite many experts who are willing to genuinely help others as well.

Cons

Position need not relate to expertise, but it equates to number of years one has spend in Axis. Severe resistance to change, or unwillingness to accept new ways of working/technology. Not Invented Here Syndrome! Compared to other companies in the region, the way the pandemic was dealt and the employees were cared for, were really poor.

Thank you! We are proud of our friendly culture, our values that we live by every day and work environment at Axis. As an innovative company with many new products and markets - we are growing fast and some changes will come with our growth. As a company that promotes safer and smarter world, we take the pandemic very seriously and have very clear and strict guidelines about how we act in this situation. The information about the pandemic guidelines our employees can find via our intranet, emails and teams channels. BR Tina

Pros

Management is very supportive and will encourage you to grow both in your role and the company. There are a lot of travel opportunities especially in sales. Inside sales takes on a lot of responsibilities with customers and your regional sales managers giving opportunities to grow leadership skills.

Cons

Inside sales does not make as much as outside sales. Depending on location, it can be tough to transition to new roles.
