Pros
Company culture is incredible and the product is something I am proud to stand behind. They allow their people to run their role like their business and management provides guidance and is always there to help without micro managing. Best company I've ever worked for.
Cons
The only con I would say is that your growth path is not outlined well. There isn't much in the way of letting the staff know where they are headed from a career growth standpoint. Being more open with the employees about where they are headed would help.
