Very, vedy toxic working environment , very little communication from anyone unless its criticism.
In the time i worked there its like a vdry clicky cartel, dont dare ask questions or point anything out to management or long standing team members as they have all been recruited and promoted based on friendship with the team leaders.
Very aggresive rude toxic clicky group who only have their own best interest at heart and if you dsre to point out concerns they will be dismissed as will you if you dont comply with the crappy training, treatment and communication you recieve
Run by young airheads who sit and chat about their personal lives all day yet you are terrified to even take a toilet break
Favouritism is very obvious very quickly and you will get stuck doing the worst jobs with no support whildt they sit there gossiping and pointing out every tiny mistake whilst you sit there noticing the millions of mistakes the chosen ones have made, and complaints about their rudeness bluntness and attitude
